Entering the contest

Terms and conditions for participation in Tellknives contests on social networks

1.General:

This contest is organized by Tellknives and published on the wall of the "Tellknives" Facebook Page and/or on the "Tellknives" Instagram account and/or on other social networks on which Tellknives is active. The Sweepstakes is in no way linked to Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. The social networks therefore have no responsibility for the conduct of the contest.

2 Conditions of participation:

Any person residing in Switzerland who is at least 18 years old at the time of entering the contest may participate. For Instagram contests, the participant must have a public account in order for us to consider his/her entry. In order for the entry to be considered, it is important to meet all the conditions for entry described in the contest on Instagram. If any of these conditions are not met, the participation cannot be taken into account.

3. the competition:

The date of the contest is indicated in the publication of the contest. Any participation that does not respect the dates will not be taken into account.

The nature of the competition may vary. The participant may have to answer a question, give his/her opinion, share a memory (without entering the private sphere), post a photo in the comments of the publication, put a specific hashtag, approve the publication of the contest via a "like". This list is not exhaustive and Tellknives reserves the right to propose other forms of contest on social networks.

4.announcement of the winner:

The announcement of the winner will be made in the form of a new publication or in the comments of the contest publication.  Tellknives reserves the right to ask the winner to write a private message or an email to [email protected] to agree on the delivery of the prize and other formalities.

The winner will have 10 days to announce himself/herself upon announcement of the result by replying to the publication/comment announcing the winner(s) or by sending a private message. If the winner has not announced him/herself within this time period, Tellknives may either designate another winner or reintroduce the unreleased prize.

5.the prize:

The prize of the competition is also stated in the publication, as well as the way in which the winner is determined.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash or equivalent products. The prize will be delivered by post.

If the prize is no longer available due to an unintentional reason on the part of Tellknives, Tellknives is entitled to replace the prize with another product(s) of equivalent value to the original prize.

Tellknives reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner before awarding the prize.

Tellknives offers prizes in accordance with the Swiss Gun Legislation. For this reason the game is strictly limited to this geographical area. Tellknives is not responsible for any failure to comply with the conditions of participation relating to the place of residence of the participant. In order to receive the prize, the winner will be asked to provide a copy of his/her ID to confirm his/her age.

6. exclusion of the right to participate:

All Tellknives staff as well as any person who has participated in the design and realization of the contest is excluded from participation. Contest associations and automated contest services are also not allowed to participate. Tellknives reserves the right to exclude a participant for legitimate reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation or an attempt to cheat or manipulate the system.

7. Right to cancel/modify the competition:

Tellknives reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time during the participation period if there are important reasons to do so. For example, if Tellknives is unable to ensure the proper conduct of the competition for technical or legal reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law is applicable in all cases.
