RANDALL MADE KNIVES - Model 15 Airman - Collection knife

Mythical American brand created in 1938 (!) by Bo Randall, who was probably one of the most influential knifemakers of all time; judge for yourself:

The number of his models have been engaged in all wars, starting from WWII, and the more history the models have, the higher their rating!!!

NASA equipped astronauts with one of its models, developed precisely with this specification (model 17 ASTRO), and in 1961 it equipped the crew members of the Mercury 7 mission, becoming the first knife in orbit.

The catalog has 28 models and all are customizable.

This model is a 15 Airman, born at the request of the US Marine Corps who wished to have an ordinance knife for their aircraft pilots.

Usually existing in combat configurations, so often with a micarta handle and a thick guard (like on the 18), this model here stands out by its elegant configuration.

The result is really beautiful and totally atypical for a 15 Airman.
