The name of the S.E.R.E knife is a tribute to Al Mar Knives and Colonel Rowe, the founders of the military school of the same name.
This knife falls into the military category, but it offers very interesting dimensions and general-purpose capabilities.
At the crossroads between a combat dagger, a camp knife and a tactical knife (although perhaps a little large for the latter role), the ergonomics of the Station IX S.E.R.E. Number Eight are excellent, enabling it to cope with a maximum number of tasks and missions.
True to the spirit of "becoming harder to kill", the Station IX brand, founded in 2021 by Vol West and Tony Lopes, has hit the nail on the head with this S.E.R.E. Number Eight multi-purpose knife, which has a lot going for it.
Its design is minimalist and effective, its ergonomic handle robust, its dimensions relatively compact and its price contained!
The only drawback is the average quality of the kydex case, which doesn't fit quite right.
As for the rest, it's a no-brainer.
