AL MAR - 4008 SF MACV SOG

The Al Mar 4008 Fighter knife is one of the brand's iconic models.

Some versions of this large combat knife feature the engraved logos of the Green Berets who served in Vietnam. 

Increasingly rare, it is becoming extremely difficult to find in perfect condition!

The original leather sheath (with the little whetstone in the extra pocket) is a match for the knife: superb.

AUS-6A stainless steel blade.

Solid brass guard and pommel.

Through tang construction, bolted at pommel.

Black micarta handle.

Synthetic spacers in red, white and black.

Weight: 384 grams.

Made in Seki, Japan, in the 1980s.

Brown leather case in very good condition with original sharpening stone.
