Here, Sergey offers us an atypical version of his City Knife, with a tanto-shaped blade, fossilised mammoth molar inserts and a stonewashed blade finish, set against a mirror finish!

This model is both beautiful and relatively discreet; a great size for everyday use, in the kitchen, at the table, in restaurants...
The plates give it weight and a real presence in the hand, despite its small size.
