TheExtrema Ratio SELVANSmilitary fixed knife, survival knife and military knife is the result of a collaboration between Extrema Ratio and Master Advanced instructor Daniele Dal Canto. This tool is the result of a modification of the Extrema Ratio ONTOS survival knife, and was created with the aim of accentuating and maximising the performance of the basic knife as an all-terrain tool. The handle has been lengthened and the blade weighted to optimise the efficiency of cuts on the fly. The survival kit (not included, can be purchased separately) has also been optimised and includes a survival whistle, lightweight chainsaw, water purification tablets, compass, brass wire, fire starter flint, mini torch, 2.5m paracord and pencil sharpener. The knife is also available in SELVANS DESERT, SELVANS GREEN and SELVANS EXPEDITIONS versions.
