RANDALL MADE KNIVES - Model 12-13 Thorpe carbon steel stag handle brass guard and pommel brown leather sheath with stone
A mythical American brand created in 1938 (!) by Bo Randall, who was probably one of the most influential knifemakers of all time; judge for yourself:
- many of his models have been used in every war since WWII, and the more historic the models, the higher their value!
- NASA equipped astronauts with one of its models, developed precisely to this specification (model 17 ASTRO), and in 1961 it equipped the crew of the Mercury 7 mission, becoming the first knife in orbit!
- there are 28 models in the catalogue, all of which can be customised
- the waiting time for an order is currently... 7 years... the price of excellence!
- As the list of distinctions and special features is still long, here's a link for those who are more curious.
