A French craftsman as inspired as he is talented, who wishes to remain anonymous, “La Grotte du Loup” produces pieces inspired by the great military classics. All his pieces are full of character, a little rough around the edges, more robust than necessary, and exude passion!
All this from the depths of his cave!

Here is a fixed-blade knife that’s halfway between a survival knife and a hunting knife.
This knife features a blade designed in-house but heavily inspired by the legendary Randall Model 1-7, made from forged carbon steel and finished in an ‘end-of-the-world’ style.
The blade is fitted with a full tang screwed to the pommel, mounted on a single-piece stag’s antler handle with a solid brass guard and pommel.

The result is a very substantial knife, offering a comfortable and versatile grip and a finish whose ruggedness is matched only by the overall sturdiness of the knife.

The overall cohesion is remarkable, as is the quality of craftsmanship and the sense of uniformity. The sheath has been meticulously designed to fit the specific contours of this knife as closely as possible, and it is a great success.
