KANSEPT Reverie EDC folding pocket knife. Total length of the closed knife 10.5cm. Blade length 8cm in stainless steel S35VN grey or black finish depending on the version, or in Damascus steel. Titanium handle plates with inserts of different materials: G10, micarta, carbon fiber (CF) or Timascus. Front flipper for one-handed blade deployment. Pocket clip. The design of the KANSEPT Reverie is by Justin Lundquist, who received his first knife from his mother at the age of 4. It was a small fixed blade to accompany his fishing gear and toolbox. Since then, he has been fascinated by knives. Over the next few years, he amassed a small collection of inexpensive production knives. Some were family gifts and others came from fair prizes. He has always been attracted to the wide variety of shapes and designs, while remaining a functional utility tool. After graduating from college with a degree in fine art photography and working in the industry for over a decade, he stumbled upon the world of fully customized handmade knives. It was an interest he could not resist. He gathered as much information as he could and began teaching himself knife design and manufacturing. In 2013, Justin began slowly making his own knives. He enjoys the creative process of designing and physically building a beautiful, functional tool that can be carried and used daily. He strives to create functional EDCs with clean lines and shapes. By mixing classic and modern, he hopes to create designs that last and stand the test of time. The Reverie is a good example of how Justin Lundquist likes to mix classic and modern. The lines of the KANSEPT Reverie folding knife are quite classic. However, there are more modern additions such as the pinball on the front, the 5-slot pattern and the inserted materials.
