Created in the 1990s by French knife maker and combat specialist Fred Perrin, La Griffe is a compact personal protection tool in its original format that can be used as a neck knife. Its entire construction revolves around a single index finger hole, serving a variety of combat functions including the ability to stay armed and not lose the knife if, for some reason, the user should open his hand.
