Viper knives are renowned for being excellent quality knives designed with top-of-the-range materials and proven craftsmanship.

Tecnocut was founded in 1987 in Maniago and has been manufacturing sport and leisure knives under the Viper brand ever since.  In spirit, Tecnocut has always aimed to create high-quality products by combining technologically advanced and innovative manufacturing processes with time-tested traditions and artisan skills.

In line with this philosophy, the first series of Damascus steel blades was produced in 1992. Over the years, Tecnocut and thus Viper has achieved artistic prestige in the industrial manufacture of Damascus steel and Damascus wire. Viper's offer has been successively extended with the introduction of new materials (high-contrast Damascus steels, stainless and super-stainless steels) and new models (all fixed blades in particular).

Modern market trends and the evolution of the product over time have prompted Viper to adapt and change, opting to diversify its range and cooperate with new designers. New locking mechanisms and the use of advanced materials such as carbon and titanium are also part of this new trend.

This new approach is perfectly illustrated by the Viper Magà knife: the first collaboration with martial arts expert Boris Manasherov and the first knife to use ball bearings in the pivot, created with unrivalled production precision and perfect knowledge of materials. The use of Bohler N690Co and M390 Microclean steels treated with state-of-the-art hardening processes and modern finishes, such as PVD coating or bead blasting, places Viper tactical knives at the cutting edge of technology and at the forefront of reliability.
