A futuristic design, compact dimensions and a surprising sense of solidity: the CRKT MinimalX packs all the essentials of an EDC knife into just 7.9 cm when closed. Designed by Darriel Caston, its design is based on a model originally created to commemorate a SpaceX launch.
Its short 12C27 stainless steel blade features a modified tanto profile, particularly suited to small, precise cuts, opening packaging and everyday tasks. Its flipper, combined with the IKBS ball-bearing pivot, ensures quick and smooth one-handed opening.
Made entirely from steel, the handle features a understated, industrial-style dark grey finish. The frame lock is integrated directly into the handle structure to provide a simple yet robust locking mechanism. Despite its all-metal construction, the MinimalX remains easy to carry thanks to its compact size and deep-carry clip.
