Possibly the most beautiful and least-known knife in the brand's history!
Rough forged, with a full tang construction of 3 layers (San Mai designation) of VG-10 stainless steel and a leather sheath incorporating a piece of Japanese cloth, this SOG FORGE was a shooting star in the brand's catalog..
Virtually unnoticed by the public, it was only a minor success and was quickly withdrawn.
Only recently have collectors begun to appreciate its extraordinary lines and finish.
The number of pieces produced is unknown, but probably low because it's so rare!
