The eye is immediately drawn to the pivot area. Its deep, concentric machined patterns, inspired by the wheels and tracks of armoured vehicles, give the WE Knife Reveille a distinctive visual signature and define the overall shape of the handle.

This first version combines bronze-coloured 6Al4V titanium with a drop-point blade made from Böhler M390. The Black Stonewash machined surfaces contrast with the satin-finished flat sections, creating a two-tone finish that highlights the blade’s varying contours. The black and gold bolster extends this interplay of contrasts right up to the top of the handle.

Unlike the Breach and its flipper, the Reveille offers two opening options: a large, oblong hole machined into the blade and a non-slip titanium thumb stud. Its pivot, fitted with encapsulated ceramic ball bearings, ensures smooth operation, whilst the frame lock securely holds the blade in the open position.

Despite its military inspiration and particularly robust construction, its drop-point profile makes it truly versatile for everyday cutting tasks. Production is limited to 200 numbered pieces, each accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.

The Reveille offers a more versatile approach than the very bulky Breach. Its drop-point profile, dual opening system and excellent grip make it a knife more geared towards practical use, even though its weight of 154 gr remains substantial. The bronze finish adds warmth to the machined titanium and complements the two-tone blade particularly well. A limited edition that retains genuine practical value beyond its status as a collector’s item.
