‘Quiet strength’ sums up the Knife Tracks WE rather well. The third addition to the manufacturer’s military-inspired collection, this folding knife eschews the more ostentatious designs in favour of a more fluid, balanced silhouette that fits easily into everyday life.
Its 9.9 cm drop-point blade is crafted from Böhler M390 steel. Its hollow grind ensures an effective cutting edge, whilst the polished grey finish lends the knife an almost monochrome elegance. The tip retains sufficient precision for detailed work, without compromising the versatility expected of a knife intended for regular use.
The 6AL4V titanium handle features the same polished grey finish. Its machined lines add texture and enhance the grip without making the knife look bulky. The clip, spacer, screws and other metal components have been carefully coordinated to maintain this uniform aesthetic.
The blade is opened using the flipper mechanism, assisted by an encapsulated ceramic ball bearing. The frame lock ensures the blade is held securely in place once deployed.
With a production run of just 200 pieces, each Tracks WE23059-1 is individually numbered and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Tellknives review:
The Tracks is probably one of the most well-balanced models in WE Knife’s military collection. Its relatively understated design, drop-point profile and hollow grind make it more versatile than its status as a collector’s item might suggest. The fully polished finish is superb, but it will naturally require more care than a stonewash finish if used intensively. With only 200 units produced, it holds real appeal for collectors whilst remaining perfectly functional.
