Created especially for the Blade Show 2026, this Kershaw Bel Air 6105BS26 transforms one of the brand’s most popular American EDCs into a true collector’s item. Only 300 of these exclusive editions have been produced, each individually numbered. The knife offered here bears the number 220/300.
There’s no mistaking this series for a standard Bel Air. Kershaw has given it a distinctly American design: the aluminium handle features a spectacular red, white and blue finish, whilst the blade is adorned with a star pattern across its entire surface. The knife fully embraces its ‘Made in the USA’ identity and its status as a special edition created for the famous American trade fair.
Beneath this highly distinctive design, however, lies a genuine, high-performance EDC knife. The blade is made from CPM MagnaCut, a modern, high-end steel particularly prized for its remarkable balance between edge retention, corrosion resistance and toughness.
At just 2.3 mm thick, the blade retains a relatively slim profile that prioritises cutting performance over an unnecessarily bulky construction. The Bel Air thus remains perfectly true to its original purpose: to offer a lightweight, effective and pleasant-to-use pocket knife for everyday use. The specifications of the standard Bel Air confirm this blade thickness as well as the use of MagnaCut.
The blade is manually opened via a thumb stud, with a pivot mounted on KVT ball bearings. The DuraLock locking mechanism allows the blade to be unlocked from the handle without placing your fingers in its path. Kershaw also fits the Bel Air with a reversible Deep Carry clip, suitable for both right- and left-handed carry.
The aluminium handle contributes to the model’s lightness whilst providing the rigidity expected of a modern EDC. On this Blade Show edition, its multicoloured finish is, of course, one of the knife’s key distinguishing features.
Finally, the blade bears the markings that give this version its collector’s appeal: MAGNACUT, the reference number 6105BS26, the ‘USA’ marking and, above all, the individual serial number 220/300.
The result is a rather unusual combination: a knife capable enough to serve as an excellent EDC, yet produced in such a limited run that collectors will probably prefer to keep it intact!
